If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue so that we can assess the matter.
If XXIV FINERY confirms that the item is defective, damaged before delivery or incorrectly fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
Repair.
Replacement.
Exchange.
Refund, where applicable.
Where the issue is confirmed to be our error, XXIV FINERY will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
Damage caused by improper handling, washing, ironing, alterations, wear or use after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Minor variations in colour, texture, pattern placement or finishing may occur due to fabric characteristics, lighting, photography and production processes and may not constitute a defect

XXIV FINERY prices are displayed in the currency stated on the relevant product page or checkout.

For orders placed in Nigeria, prices are generally displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

For international orders, prices may be displayed or converted into another currency for customer convenience. Currency conversions may be based on the payment provider, banking institution or applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.

The final amount charged may differ slightly from an estimated converted amount due to exchange-rate fluctuations, bank charges or payment-provider fees.

Customers are responsible for any bank, payment-provider, currency-conversion or international transaction fees charged by their financial institution.

XXIV FINERY reserves the right to change product prices, shipping fees and promotional prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for, except where required to correct an obvious pricing

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of the date the customer receives the order.

To qualify for a return:
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unworn and unused.
The item must be returned in its original condition.

The item must not have been washed, altered, damaged or stained.
All original tags and packaging should remain intact.

The item must be returned with any accessories originally provided with the order.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made or personalised items, except where the item is defective.
Items purchased during a sale or flash sale.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged by the customer.
Items returned after the 14-day return period.

Items showing signs of makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains or other use.
Items without their original tags where removal of the tags affects the item's resale condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Where a customer is returning an item because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect fit or any other reason that is not the fault of XXIV FINERY, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.

Where XXIV FINERY provides a return label, the cost of the return label may be deducted from the customer's refund where applicable.

Return-label prices vary according to the customer's location, package weight, dimensions and courier charges. The applicable return-label price will be communicated to the customer before the return label is issued.
XXIV FINERY is responsible for return shipping costs where we have confirmed that the item received was defective or incorrect.

Customers should not send returns to XXIV FINERY without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

To initiate a return, customers should contact XXIV FINERY within 14 days of receiving their order.

The customer should provide:
Order number.
Name used to place the order.
Item being returned.
Reason for the return.
Clear photographs or videos where requested.

Once the return request has been reviewed and approved, the customer will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the package is securely packed before handing it to the courier.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage until the return has been received and processed.

XXIV FINERY is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit when the customer has arranged and paid for the return independently.

A return will only be considered received once it has arrived at the designated XXIV FINERY return location.

Once a returned item has been received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy.
Approved refunds will be processed after the return has been inspected and accepted.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defective or incorrect item.

A difference in personal fit or preference does not automatically constitute a defect.

Where a customer provides incorrect measurements or selects an incorrect size, the cost of alterations, return shipping or replacement may be the customer's responsibility.

XXIV FINERY may assist with fit-related concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Custom-made, personalised and made-to-measure pieces are produced specifically for the individual customer.
For this reason, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, size preference or personal fit preference.

A custom item may only be returned where it is confirmed to be defective or where XXIV FINERY has made an error in fulfilling the agreed order specifications.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information required for custom orders.

Where an item is made according to the measurements and specifications supplied by the customer, differences in personal preference or fit may not qualify as a defect.
